This facility represented one of the most forward-thinking educational developments undertaken by the school, designed to support evolving academic, cultural, and sporting programs for young boys.

The hall featured a first-class indoor sports facility with electronically controlled equipment integrated into the ceiling, a performance stage with AV systems, and drop-down projector screens. Architectural highlights included a timber truss entry, exposed face brickwork, concrete sunhoods, and external herringbone paving with coloured concrete banding. Internally, the space was enhanced with timber ceilings, acoustic treatments, perforated feature ceilings, and a timber sports floor. Classrooms were seamlessly integrated with the sports facility and grandstand seating.

Constructed within an operational school environment, the project required detailed coordination and rigorous safety management to ensure minimal disruption to daily activities. The result was a dynamic, multi-functional space that elevated the school’s capacity for education, performance, and physical development.
