The refurbishment involved the demolition of existing zones, installation of new services including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and AV systems, and the construction of new amenities and day spa treatment rooms. A luxurious reception and lobby area was created with premium finishes, complemented by new function and meeting rooms, and a feature spa on the external events podium. The podium area was also remodelled with themed landscaping and high-quality audio-visual integration.
Given the proximity to a busy public thoroughfare and pool, the project demanded meticulous planning, dual shifts, and night works to meet tight deadlines while maintaining uninterrupted access for patrons. The result was a seamless transformation that elevated the resort’s guest experience.
