The upgrade included new softscaping, granite paving, acoustic fencing, and rejuvenated road surfaces, creating a refreshed and functional entry point for guests.
Delivered concurrently with The Star’s Resort and Day Spa refurbishment, this project required meticulous planning and staging to maintain uninterrupted access for patrons and staff while coordinating with ongoing building works. Works included 3,500m² of landscaping, 950m² of imported granite pavers, demolition and reinstatement of footpaths, and installation of security bollards. The team also upgraded lighting to state-of-the-art LED fittings, replaced fencing, and profiled and asphalted 6,000m² of road surface with GlasGrid reinforcement.
The result was a seamless transformation that enhanced both aesthetics and functionality, delivered without disruption to The Star’s operations.
