The project provided a central hub for recreation, wellness, and social connection, with two expansive floor levels offering 1,800m² of high-quality amenity space.
The building was constructed using full tilt panel and structural steel framing, and featured premium external finishes including long-line metal wall sheeting, stone feature walls, and Urban Line panelling. Internally, the space was enhanced with marble tiling, timber stairs, decorative joinery, and feature wall cladding. Facilities included dining areas, woodworking and arts and crafts rooms, two swimming pools (including a heated indoor pool), a spa and lounge with massage room, and an outdoor Teppanyaki BBQ area.
