Stone Replacement

Demolition and replacement of vertical and ground-floor stone elements.

New light fittings were installed as part of the building revitalisation works.

Extensive stakeholder management was undertaken to support construction activities within the occupied building environment.

The scope included façade repairs and repainting, remediation of structural steel and feature metalwork, and installation of new architectural screens, entry battens and signage. Awning elements were replaced, along with new stone finishes to vertical and ground floor areas, and upgraded lighting to enhance the building’s presentation.
