Key works included concrete sleeper retaining walls, rigid concrete pavements with architectural finishes, and installation of internal and external stormwater systems featuring a SPEL stormwater quality improvement device. Water and sewerage reticulation were completed alongside stringent erosion and sediment controls to protect the adjacent marine environment. Community engagement and logistics management were essential due to restricted site access via a residential street.
