The completed dealership spanned approximately 12,000m² and featured a striking showroom with high-set ceilings, LED lighting, porcelain tiling, and a full-height glass curtain wall. The facility included an 18-bay, fully equipped workshop, spare parts area, and extensive office and amenity spaces across both ground and mezzanine levels. Externally, the site incorporated 200 parking bays and a dedicated vehicle display area, constructed with asphalt pavement.
Extensive civil and bulk earthworks were undertaken before building commenced. The finished dealership became AHG’s flagship site and served as the design benchmark for future developments.
