A cutting-edge model for integrated childcare has been completed adjacent Heritage Bank Stadium, the home of the Gold Coast SUNS.

The state-of-the-art facility spans over 13,000 square meters and incorporates 13 classrooms, staff amenities, a library, an auditorium, a commercial kitchen, and bespoke play areas designed to cater to children’s developmental and additional support needs.
The outdoor play areas prioritise sensory and inclusive play, featuring extensive landscaping, soft play and water play areas, as well as a replica AFL field. The comprehensive scope of works involves bulk earthworks, retaining walls, multi-level building construction, bio retention basin, external car park, and playground facilities.
