The project included the construction of a 2,040m² warehouse and 1,290m² of contemporary office space across two levels. Works involved asbestos removal, bulk earthworks with remediation of 20,000m² of soil, and extensive service diversions. The depot features high-quality architectural finishes, a 100kW solar system, and a hardstand area with a truck wash facility. Significant suspended concrete slabs were incorporated to support large vehicle access. External works included new sewer, water, and power connections, concrete aprons, and a detailed staging program to manage site logistics. Alder also maintained strong community engagement with neighbouring stakeholders, including a local sporting club, throughout delivery.
