Project Highlights

Delivering within an operational school environment, requiring careful coordination, detailed staging and management of tight site constraints to minimise disruption to daily school activities.

A refreshed and reconfigured library space was delivered at Banora Point High School, enhancing usability and supporting a range of learning activities.

Internal demolition and reconfiguration reshaped key areas including the entrance, bag storage and learning spaces, creating a more functional and contemporary layout. New facilities were introduced, including library administration areas, a kitchenette, chair storeroom, computer learning space, main library and dedicated senior study areas, supported by a new electrical layout and upgraded security systems. Delivered within a live school environment, the project required careful staging and coordination around the school timetable to minimise disruption, with works completed on time and within programme.
