The three-level commercial building featured undercroft parking for up to 40 vehicles, premium external claddings, and a corporate-grade internal fit-out with well-appointed amenities throughout. Landscaping was integrated across all levels, and the design maximised usable land to accommodate multiple tenancies. The building’s prominent frontage and visibility from the M1 motorway established it as a standout feature in the local commercial landscape.
