Alder revitalised an aging 38-year old residential podium, delivering a comprehensive refurbishment that enhanced both structural integrity and resident amenities. Works addressed deteriorating areas while introducing refreshed leisure spaces to improve the overall functionality and appearance of the building.
The project included concrete remediation, crack and joint repairs, and the demolition and replacement of existing surface finishes across the podium, pool and BBQ areas. Upgrades also incorporated new waterproofing, drainage and tiling, along with the relocation of services and construction of new amenity facilities and a BBQ shelter.
Alder carefully managed construction within a live residential environment, coordinating logistics, staging and deliveries to minimise disruption. The refurbishment also included expansion and resurfacing of the tennis court, delivering a cohesive and upgraded recreational space for residents.
