Project value has been adjusted to reflect approximate current-day value as at 2025, based upon industry recognised construction indexation published by Rawlinson.

The development included six general learning areas and a music room that opened into the Chapel Court amphitheatre, alongside a major extension to the existing library. Careful staging and planning ensured the safety of students and staff while maintaining full school operations throughout construction.

Working in collaboration with Hamilton Hayes Henderson Architects and the college, Alder also delivered an outdoor feature terrace to enhance the Chapel Court precinct. The project involved partial demolition, suspended slabs, a timber-sprung dance floor, and an internal ramp linking floor levels. A lift was installed in the clock tower to improve accessibility. Additional features included bi-fold doors to classrooms, acoustic treatments, polycarbonate panelling to screens and walkway roofs, and a bridge scaffold system for safe circulation.
