The project introduced four boutique residential towers overlooking Lake Orr, comprising 120 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.
Each apartment featured high-quality finishes, generous balconies, granite and stone benchtops, timber-look flooring, and stainless steel appliances. Residents enjoyed resort-style amenities including two swimming pools, a gym, sauna, spa, landscaped gardens, and rooftop terraces with panoramic 360-degree views. Sustainability was prioritised with solar panels installed on Tower 4, and a large basement car park provided ample storage and parking. Delivered in a high-traffic pedestrian area, the project required careful community engagement and staging to ensure minimal disruption throughout construction.
