The project included the construction of a fully enclosed 20-metre heated indoor pool, a dynamic children’s splashpad, a new plant room, mechanical infrastructure, and upgraded external amenities.
The indoor pool features a full perimeter wet deck, teaching ledge, lane markers, backstroke posts, and accessible design elements such as a disabled hoist and ramp. The adjacent splashpad offers 15 interactive sea-themed play features—including a 4-metre-tall spraying sea serpent—set within a colourful, non-slip colourcrete surface and shaded by large structures for sun safety. The facility also includes a steel portal-framed pool building with a cantilevered Spantech roof, a fully equipped amenities block, and a kiosk.
